Scholarships

To find information about scholarships, please visit our website at www.ytech.edu. Click on the STUDENTS tab, then select GUIDANCE/SCHOOL COUNSELING. You will see CAREER & COLLEGE INFORMATION. Click on this and you will see SCHOLARSHIPS on the left hand side of the page. When you click on SCHOLARSHIPS, you will see the scholarships listed by month of deadline for each application. We are constantly updating and adding opportunities for our students so keep checking back. 


Military Visits

Eat lunch with a Recruiter from the PA National Guard, PA Air National Guard, Army, Coast Guard, Navy, Air Force or Marines. Come to the High School to sign up. YOU MUST HAVE A PASS TO ATTEND.



CONGRATULATIONS!

When you are accepted to college or enlist in the military, please share the good news with us! Final transcripts MUST be sent to colleges and we can't do that if you don't tell us. Most importantly, we love to hear positive news!



​SAT/ACT

These assessments are entrance requirements for admission to most 2 year and 4 year colleges.

You may be eligible for a fee waiver if you meet certain qualifications.
Come to the High School Office for more information about these standardized assessments. 



ASVAB

This assessment is used for both military aptitude and career exploration.

Transcripts

Do you need a copy of your transcript sent to a college where you are applying? Come see Mrs. Anderson to complete a release form. She can mail your transcript for you.
