RE:           Parent-Teacher Conferences

 

Dear Parent/Guardian:

 

York County School of Technology’s Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on:

  • Thursday, February 6 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday, February 7 from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

 

Parent/Teacher Conference sign-ups will be completed online. Please follow the steps below to sign-up for your preferred conference dates and times. Time slots fill quickly, so please sign up at your earliest convenience beginning on Tuesday, January 21 at 7:00 AM. 

 

Directions for Conference Sign-ups:

1.    Please go to MyConferenceTime.com/ytech.

2.    Find and click on the name of your child’s teacher.  If you are unsure of a teacher’s name, please check the Skyward portal.

3.     If you would like to schedule conferences with more than one teacher you can click the bright yellow link that says register for multiple conference.  You can select all of the teachers and then organize the best schedule. 

4.    Select your preferred date and time.

5.    Enter required information. (An email is not required, but it is recommended so that you will receive an email confirmation for your scheduled conferences.)

6.    Click “Sign Up for Your Conference” near the bottom of the screen.

7.    Online Help -  www.myconferencetime.com/info/help/

 

On Conference Day:

1.    Arrive at York Tech a few minutes before your first scheduled conference.

2.    Stop by the Queen Street Lobby to pick up a map/room list.

3.    Go directly to the scheduled teacher’s classroom.

4.    Continue from conference to conference until you are finished.

5.    Depart the building promptly after your last conference.
