RE:           Parent-Teacher Conferences


Dear Parent/Guardian:


York County School of Technology’s Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on:


  • Monday, November 25 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with a break from 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM and from5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.Please note that technical teacher conferences will only be held from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a break from 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM.


Parent/Teacher Conference sign-ups will be completed online. Please follow the steps below to sign-up for your preferred conference dates and times. Time slots fill quickly, so please sign up at your earliest convenience beginning on Friday, November 1 at 7:00 AM


Directions for Conference Sign-ups:

1.    Please go to

2.    Find and click on the name of your child’s teacher.  If you are unsure of a teacher’s name, please check the Skyward portal.  You also have the option to register for multiple conferences.

3.    Select your preferred date and time.

4.    Enter required information. (An email is not required, but it is recommended so that you will receive an email confirmation for your scheduled conferences.)

5.    Click “Sign Up for Your Conference” near the bottom of the screen.

6.    Repeat the above steps for each teacher you want to conference with.

7.    You are done! That’s all there is to it.

On Conference Day:

1.    Arrive at York Tech a few minutes before your first scheduled conference.

2.    Stop by the Queen Street Lobby to pick up a map/room list.

3.    Go directly to the scheduled teacher’s classroom.

4.    Continue from conference to conference until you are finished.

5.    Depart the building promptly after you last conference.
