Culinary Arts Chef/Instructor 

Students entering the Culinary Arts class will be introduced to the basics needed to enter the food service industry. From safety and sanitation to knife skills to international cooking. Students will get a taste of it all. The Culinary students are now working with a point of sale system for the dining room. Click on the Restaurant Manager link below and find out more on this new system. A low boy refrigerator is also being used on the serving line for the Spartan Inn, Tech's student run restaurant. Now all of our food is right at our finger tips ready to cook.
