ATTENTION PARENTS AND GUARDIANS - Parent/Teacher Conferences
York County School of Technology’s Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held virtually on:
- Thursday, February 4 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday, February 5 from 8:00 AM – 10:45 AM and 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
Parent/Teacher Conference conferences will be held online via Zoom. Please follow the steps below to sign-up for your preferred conference dates and times. Parents may sign up for conferences beginning on Wednesday, January 20. After signing up for a conference with a teacher you will receive a Zoom link for each conference scheduled..
Directions for Conference Sign-ups:
1. Please go to www.MyConferenceTime.com/ytech.
2. Find and click on the name of your child’s teacher. If you are unsure of a teacher’s name, please check your child’s schedule in the Skyward Family Access.
3. Select your preferred time.
4. Enter required information. (An email is required in order to register for the conference. A Zoom link will be sent to this email.)
5. Click “Sign Up for Your Conference” near the bottom of the screen.
6. Repeat the above steps for each teacher you want to conference with.
7. You are done! That’s all there is to it.

On Conference Day:
- Click on the Zoom link sent to your email at the correct time.
- You may be directed to an online waiting room until the teacher’s previous conference is complete.
- If you have conferences scheduled with multiple teachers you will need to click on the Zoom link for each individual teacher at the scheduled times.
