Senior Graduation Stage Walk Plan

  • Enter the parking lot at the Queen Street Lobby entrance. There will be staff situated throughout the parking lot directing traffic.
  • Drop off your senior at the homeland security vehicle in the Queen Street parking lot.
  • Continue to drive towards the lobby and find a parking spot. Please leave at least one space between cars when parking.
  • Once the graduate that you are attending for is 3rd in line, please move to the family staging stations.  Families are reminded that they should practice proper social distancing between themselves and other families.
  • When your graduate is ready to walk on stage and have their name read, families will move to the celebration area.
  • Your senior will walk down the sidewalk to the stage.
  • Their name will be read, they will walk on stage, you will have time to take a few photos, and your senior will proceed off the stage.  Please be mindful that other students and families will be waiting, so students will need to move off the stage quickly.
  • Immediately following the student leaving the stage, they will receive a packet with their Technical Certificate, complete task list, immunization record, and a picture that was used in the virtual graduation.
  • Families are asked to move from the stage area to their vehicles and exit school property as soon as student received packet to ensure that all social distancing measures are met for this event.

* Please remember you are not permitted to socialize with staff or other families/students. While on school grounds you must follow all social distancing guidance and wear a mask. Please enter and follow the protocol as swiftly as possible. Staff will be positioned throughout the area to assist you with any questions. Seniors will be allowed to remove their masks while walking across the stage.
